Insurance & Payments
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Our front desk team will verify your coverage before your visit and explain any out-of-pocket costs upfront — no surprises.
New Patients
Welcomed here. New patients start with a comprehensive intake visit — a longer appointment that lets us understand your full health history, current concerns, and preventive care needs.
What to Bring
Photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and any referral letters if applicable. If you've had recent lab work or imaging, bring those results too.
Hours & Location
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturday appointments available by request. Located at 302 8th St, Greenwood, MS 38930 — right in the heart of downtown, with free parking out front.
